This morning my mom and I took our eldest Mystery in to be put to sleep. It was easier then it could've been, we've been preparing for about two months now. She wasn't in pain but she stopped eating and got extra cuddly and kept looking outside, I think she was nearing the end. We pet her and it took all of 10 seconds. It's been a year since Mr. Scrooge's been gone. I miss him all the time, my cranky loud mouth kitty. We still have his sister who will be 19! Lately it seems like she's being possessed by Mr. Scooge, she begs at the table, meows very loudly, and bugs poor mom to feed her. Makes me wonder if the rest of that litter is alive somewhere.
